CO-FOUNDER / PASTOR - Dr. VALERIE D. CLARKE

Pastor Val, hailing from Gary, Indiana, was nurtured in a Christian household, growing up among her nine siblings. Her inner beauty, gentle spirit, and unwavering passion for Jesus serve as a radiant source of inspiration for all seeking to deepen their connection with the Lord. Through prayer, patience, and unwavering determination, Pastor Val is blazing a trail in the service of God's kingdom, resolutely walking the path of her divine destiny.

Demonstrating exceptional leadership abilities, Pastor Val served in pivotal roles within her home churches in Gary: Zion Temple Apostolic Church under the late Bishop O. C. Garmon and Mt. Zion Pentecostal Church of Jesus Christ under the late District Elder Nordley Wheeler, Jr. This journey led her through various levels of ordination, culminating in her remarkable appointment as a teacher, outreach team director, evangelist, and ultimately as the Co-Founder and Pastor of The Gospel Truth Apostolic Ministry, where she received her ordination and installation.

Pastor Val's profound passion for the marginalized and those in need gave rise to a compelling mission focused on deliverance, food and clothing outreach, and fervent evangelism. With humility and a generous spirit, she empowers God's children to lead lives marked by productivity and purpose. In addition to her spiritual calling, Pastor Val hosted the enlightening "God Favored Me" Radio Program on WYCA Rejoice 102.3FM, and she thrives as an entrepreneurial force in the health and wellness industry.

However, Pastor Val's deepest joy in life stems from her roles as a devoted mother to her son, Bernard Clarke, Jr., a cherished daughter to her late parents, Deacon Sammie and Evangelist "Mother" Ernestine Emory, and a dedicated Pastor to her beloved Gospel Truth congregation. In 2022, Pastor Val was further honored by the bestowment of an Honorary Doctorate of Divinity Degree from WMBI Bible Institute and Seminary.
